  3. Maintenance and Repair Operations (MRO): MRO refers to all the activities and processes involved in keeping physical assets and facilities in good working condition. This includes maintaining equipment, repairing broken or worn-out parts, and ensuring that everything is operating smoothly and safely. MRO activities can range from simple tasks like changing air filters or replacing light bulbs, to more complex repairs or overhauls of machinery or building systems. The goal of MRO is to prevent breakdowns, extend the lifespan of assets, and minimize downtime and disruptions.
