Onboarding Process

  • Team Introduction – Sales & Solutions Team Introduce new joinee with solutions and sales team

Face to Face session with Manager and Business Head

Day 1 Training
Start of the Day:
Onboarding process & HR documentation

Middle of the Day:
Tell them to Watch below video. Make sure to tell new joinee the importance of the video

End of the day:

  • Q&A session with new joinee to understand whether they have understood Day 1 training topics
    1. Where we can use Axonator? Is there any industry where we cannot use Axonator?
    2. What does Axonator do?
    3. Please tell me what is ‘Axonator Dream’
    4. What are Axonator’s core Values?
  • Once the Q&A session is over, clear the new joiner’s doubts.
  • New joinee should submit learnings over email (To Reporting Manager, CC: AK (Product Head)


Day 2 Training

Start of the day:

  • Tell new joinee to signup with the Axonator’s email id.
  • Tell him/her to check and learn each and every widget from form builder, Workflow and report with their properties. Tell them importance of knowing those widgets and platform capabilities at start.
  • Tell them to try each and every widget by creating dummy app.
  • Tell them to note down the questions which they have regarding platform, widgets (which will be cleared in Q&A session).

Once they complete the Platform Study task, tell them to check competitors list and create a report on ‘Comparison with Competitors’.

End of the day:

  • Ask them what did they learnt from today’s training.
  • Have Q&A session at the end of the day.
  • Clear their doubts.
  • New joinee should submit learnings over email & ‘Comparison with Competitors’ report. (To: Manager, CC: AK (Product Head).

Day 3 Training

  • Start of the Day:
    • Explain them connection between Form, WF, Report and Dashboard.
    • Tell them about creating ‘Breakdown Incident App.
    • Tell them to add your email id in WF.
  • Throughout the Day:
    • Clear their Doubts.
  • End of the Day:
    • Check the application.

If the new joinee completes the app early, give them one actual checklist from any project, which includes Visibility, Validity, WF (reference send email), etc. (purpose- a checklist which has max features in it).

New joinee should submit learnings over email & tell them to attach the report which was generated (To: Manager, CC: AK (Product Head).

Day 4 Training

  • Start of the Day:
    • Take a session which will explain all the points which is included in Day 4 Training.
    • Tell them to exercise on all the parameters and features.

Important Platform features

  • End of the Day & through the day:
    • Check the activity & clear their doubts.
  • New joinee should submit learnings over email (To: Manager, CC: AK (Product Head)

Day 5 Training

  • Start of the Day:
    • Tell them to check ‘Project Handling Process’.
    • Tell them to explore Solution Development Folder.
    • Tell them to complete the remaining tasks from previous days.
  • Mid of the Day:
    • Train them on ZOHO Sprint, adding requirements, creating bug, epic, tasks, filling time tracker.
  • End of the Day:
    • Final Q&A session.
    • Clear their Doubts.
    • Explain them about Product Enhancement: Product Enhancement .
    • (If product enhancement point is urgent add it in ZOHO Sprint and assign it to Aarohi, discuss this with your manager/Team Leader and product head (Aarohi)).
  • New joinee should submit learnings over email (To: Manager, CC: AK (Product Head).

Solution Development:

  1. Deactivate default WF.
  2. List preview of all forms :
  3. How to create excel report: Example: BVG India (Daily Machine Report), Kolte Patil and MBI
  4. How to set access permission.
  5. How to set form permission: Example: Unify, CLR, QPMS.
  6. Assign task /create task from web:

Task Assigning to developers

  • Assign bug from Freshdesk (Mention priority, add expected deadline).
  • Inform them F2F (if possible).
  • If within 4 hours you didn’t get a solution or deadline, then raise it on email (To: Aarohi, CC: Reporting Manager, JP, Account manager from Sales).
  • If task is urgent, immediately raise it on email as well.
  • Take deadline from developer.
  • Inform expected due date.
  • Take follow up from developer on deadline.

Important Instructions while adding issue on Helpdesk:

  • Mention the issue clearly in the title i.e. MDM Data Submission Issue.
  • Add required details like: Login credentials, Issue Screenshot, Client’s msg or description of the Issue, your comments or how solutions team tried to resolve it primarily.


If the deadline given by the client is Thursday, and the task includes developers’ work/help, please tell them their deadline as Monday (and not Thursday). So that, the solutions team will get at least one day to test the work and if any bugs are found then developers can work on those issues.

App Delivery Process

App Delivery Process

Once the application is tested by:
1. Solution developer (solution creator)
2. QA
3. Review by Business Analyst
Start the ‘App Delivery Process’.
– Add in CC in final delivery email
– Send an email to the client adding screenshots of the app stating that the app is ready.
1. Ensure all forms, wf and reports are correct
2. Remove the data submitted in the application which was added while testing and app review.
How to erase or remove data:
– Clear Data

– Save the forms or Workflow
– If the creator key is added in the application, then save the user form.
3. Add report receiver’s email id in ‘Send Email’ Step

4. Set user (which client has given) for ‘Fill Form’ and ‘Assign Task’ step

5. Publish the application.

6. Add or import the users

7. Confirm the credentials by randomly logging into some of the users in web as well as in mobile. Check if admin users are able to check the user option from the left panel.
8. Add the data given by client (Example: User details, site, locations, assets, etc)
a.  If creator key is added in the application, then add a user with your name and email id same as with which you have a login
If you have login with and creator key is added in the application then fill the user form with below details and
Name: Your Name
Email Id:
Please note that the email id is case sensitive, so type the same email id which is added in-app user.
Click on ‘My Apps’
Hard refresh
Open the app.
b. If the app is open by QR code, then create the QR codes:

9. Test the QR codes
10. Set Form and Access Permissions (If it is included in requirements and client has asked for it)
11. Check App icon, Organization icon, Organization time is set correctly.
12. Send App Delivery Email:

Imp Instruction:
– Add which forms are included in delivery
– Play store, App store, and Web Axonator link
– Add process to use the application
– Add credentials file (Don’t copy credentials in the email body, send them in excel sheet as attachment)
– Mention UAT (User Acceptance Test) or POC (Proof of Concept) duration (confirm duration from sales head)
– Attach documents if required
– Attach a screenshot of the application- mobile and web version (option)
– Create a video for complicated processes and attach the video
– Add training video (very important)
– Add university link
– Ask for feedback
Important Instructions:
– Don’t share our password format with client neither share our (app creators) password with client
– Make sure default workflows are deactivated.

– Make sure to check the list preview of all forms are correctly set:

We have added the 5 users listed in the attached sheet. They all have access to the mobile as well as web app for now.
– I am mentioning the link to the user manual for your reference. This includes topics like:
1. View the data, export the data in an excel file, etc.
2. View how to collect data using Axonator App.
