1. BRS Document (Business Requirement Specification)

2. SRS Document( Software Requirement Specification )

3. Client Review on Requirements

Description Call with the client by Solutions BA to confirm and verify our understanding of the requirements.

4. Finalization of the requirement

Description– Once the Solutions BA confirms the requirements, requirement Freezing should be done by the client.
– Get written approval of the client before moving the project to the next stage.
– Get the client’s single point of contact set to the Solutions Project Manager. Clearly inform it to the client

5. Project Assignment

Description After the client’s acknowledgment of the requirements, the Project Manager will assign that project to a
Solution Developer.
Create the Project Plan and share it with the client.

6. Solution Design

Description After the assignment of the project, the respective Solution Developer will start the design of the project
which includes solution modeling, technical descriptions of forms, workflows, workflow steps, reports, etc.
The Solution Document will be created at this stage of the project. After the design is complete, get it reviewed by Solutions BA to verify the solution design against the client’s requirements.

7. Start development of the project

Description After the BA’s confirmation on the project design, the Solution Developer will start developing the project on the Axonator Platform according to the Project plan.

8. Quality Assurance

Description The developed solution should be tested thoroughly in all various scenarios, on android, iOS, and web apps.
Any solution going out of Axonator Inc must be 100% quality-assured!

9. Demo (Training)

Description After the development of the project, give training to the client if applicable for the project.

10. Delivery

Description Deliver the project after the Demo (UAT or POC) to the client. Follow the Project Delivery Checklist before delivering the Project.

11. Get Feedback from the client

Description After the UAT period, take feedback from the client on the app.

12. GO Live

Description If the client is happy with the solution, then deliver the final app. Follow Project Delivery Checklist again

Change Request Process

1. If a client asks for any changes in the application, then it will come under a change request.

2. Study the change request: Sales BA will study the change request and inform PM and Sol Dev BA about the changes.

3. Estimation: It includes Time required, list of changes, and complexity (to be done by PM or Sol dev BA).

4. Inform sales team: Convey the estimations to the sales team (PM or Sol dev BA).

5. Approval: Take the approval from the sales team and the finance team (PM or BA will get the approval).

6. Update the SRS document: After the approval, make changes to the SRS document.

7. Update Project Modeling and Solution Document: Respective Solution Developer will update the project modeling and solution document. The Solution Delivery Process will be followed from step 7 after this.
