Axonator QA Responsibilities

1. Send the standup on slack. Refer the link for How to do standup meeting on slack?
2. Go through the SRS document if any or do exploratory testing of the feature.
3. Send daily status to the Team lead and Manager.
4. Update the Jira regulary.

Web Application Testing

1. Functional, Sanity and Smoke testing on QA.
2. Regression testing on Stage.
3. Send the Test report after the regression testing on Stage.
4. Production deployment – Make sure you have completed this checklist – https://systems.axonator.com/knowledge-base/checklist-for-testing-after-a-production-update/
5. Regression testing on Production after the deployment.
6. Send the Test report after the regression testing on Production.
7. Send email after the production deployment using the Production update email format to axonators@axonator.com email.
8. Update the Production Features/Fixes sheet after the deployment.
9. Keep updating the Testing checklist for production deployment on new features introduction if needed.
10. Update the platform mindmap and save it with the increased version in the Platform Mindmap folder.

Android Testing

1. Get all the builds for QA/Stage/Production on App Tester app.
2. Test the android feature on QA first with the updated backend code.
3. Test the android feature on Production with the old backend code.
4. Test the already live playstore build/2-3 previous builds on QA.
5. Build Release – Make sure you have completed the checklist – https://systems.axonator.com/knowledge-base/checklist-for-builds-release-ios-and-android/
6. Keep updating the Testing checklist for build release on new features introduction if needed.

iOS Testing

1. Get all the builds for QA/Stage/Production on Test Flight app
2. Test the iOS feature on QA first with the updated backend code.
3. Test the iOS feature on Production with the old backend code.
4. Test the already live playstore build/2-3 previous builds on QA.

6. Keep updating the Testing checklist for build release on new features introduction if needed.
