New Lead Received Checklist

Follow this checklist:
1. Identify the category of the lead and act accordingly
2. Add to the HubSpot and set next followup
3. Add to LinkedIn: Jayesh’s account
4. Update the signup sheet
5. Send them an email
6. Contact generation team will add them to Drip Emailing List


The following are the categories of leads we receive.

  • Identify the category of the signup lead
    – Platinum: If the lead is from a bigger and globally recognized organization
    – Silver: If the lead is from medium-scale and domain-specific lead. Example:
    – Browns

    Example:
    Platinum: Bill Gates Foundation (Globally recognized organization)
    1. Do proper research of this lead, put some extra efforts
    2. Here you will have to do very good research and talk about that in the email
    3. Talk about Axonator’s globally recognized customers like JHU, Diamler, etc
    4. Add them to CEO’s LinkedIn account, your LinkedIn account immediately.

    Silver: YRG CARE (India based NGO not very popular but a potential customer)
    1. Do a quick research on this organization
    2. Send them relevant information and talk about our customers (relevant ones)
    3. Add them to CEO’s LinkedIn account, your LinkedIn account immediately.

    Browns: Any small size company or any lead which doesn’t look very potential or so.

    1. Here you dont need to research more
    2. Send them normal emails quickly
    3. Add them to CEO’s LinkedIn account, your LinkedIn account immediately.
